Born August 27, 1962, in Quakertown, Bucks County, he was a son of the late George Anthony and Rachel Laura (Hinkle) Adamczyk.
He was a 1980 graduate of Quakertown High School. Blake was self-employed, operating a vehicle warranty business for over 20 years. A sports lover, he enjoyed playing basketball. He was also a motorsport enthusiast.
Surviving are his three children: Lucas Anthony, Isabella Evelyn and Karina Marie Adamczyk, all of Exeter Township; his siblings: George F. Adamczyk, of Catasauqua; Lauren D., wife of Steve Longacre, of Bethany Beach, Del.; and Michele J. Adamczyk, of Philadelphia. Blake is also survived by his former wife, Maria Adamczyk, of Exeter Township.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William A. Adamczyk.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. For online condolences, visit www.StitzelFamilyFuneralHomes.com.
