Brian was a wonderful person I am glad that I had the chance to served with him in the military he was one of my best friend and co-worker. I really enjoy his outgoing personality he will be missed.

How do you say goodbye to a Brother? I will just say, until we meet again at the gates of Heaven. SFC Coutch meant so much, to so many. I am honored to have known and served with him. My deepest condolences to his family.
