Dear Frank & Fran,
This week phones across the nation rang out as dealers and their families learned of Brian's passing. It came as a shock and very sad news to Karen and I; he and your family are loved by so many of us. Everyone's fear in life is losing a child, but it does happen. The only thing we can hope for is that you find peace in the love and times you had with him, and the joy our heavenly father promises us all that we will meet again. We love you! God bless your family!
Love,

Brian was as genuine as they come and he became a friend instantly. His courage and toughness set an example for me and many others. Lacrosse suited Brian and Brian suited lacrosse. Suit up, get out there, and fight so when the game is done you know you gave it all you had. Brian, you indeed stand tall and Saint Peter has a right hand man. Rest in peace. Thank you for the example you set.

Words cannot express how nice and genuine a man Brian was. I lived in Pensacola for a little over year. Not knowing anyone, Brian instantly introduced himself on the lacrosse field and became a great a loyal friend. I will never forget those days out fishing or lax tournaments up in Atlanta. Brian was always at the center of it, making sure everyone was having a good time. He was the greatest father to my friends, little Patrick and Nolan. My thoughts and prayers are with you all through this difficult time.

To the Maguire Family and especially to my friend Frank. We were shocked and saddened by the news of Brian's passing. Brian was always one of the good guys and a true caring individual. Though we have not spoken in quite a while I can clearly recall his smiling face, cheery voice, love for life and his family. We spoke many times of his challenges but every conversation seemed to end on a positive note with Brian. Brian always had the most positive outlook seeing the bright side of even the most daunting situation. My only regret of having known Brian was not having a chance to say goodbye. My life has been truly blessed to have called Brian friend. He will be missed by everyone as the world was a better place having Brian in it. Our prayers are with you Frank as with all the family. May God bless and keep you, seek solace in his Almighty Arms. Joey

Brian was just a great guy. He would do anything for anyone at anytime, especially when it came to lacrosse. He was a devoted father and a great lacrosse official. We will miss him dearly and his name will remain in the officials roster going forward as he has not left the team.

I will always remember the many, many memories of Brian: the Mardi Gras Lacrosse tournament trips as well as road trips to lacrosse tournaments in Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Asheville. Some of the best times were had at the many post -scrimmage lacrosse team cookouts at my house when we would stay out late on the patio solving the world's problems. Truly great times. You will be greatly missed, Brian. Rest easy, #34.
