Brian Paul

PAUL, Brian Charles Sadly and unexpectedly on Monday, December 29, 2008, in his 57th year. Brian Charles Paul, beloved husband and best friend of Peggy Paul (nee Stepaniak). Dear father of Beckie (Josh Bilton) of Lombardy, and Sean ( Jennine Travers) of Waterloo. Brian was the dearly loved son of Charles Paul and the late Shirley Paul (nee Neave) of St. Thomas. He will be fondly and forever remembered by his siblings Shelley (Jeff) Groves, of London, Ontario, Kerry (Denise) Paul of Windsor, and Stephen (Cindy) Paul of St. Thomas. A good man, Brian lived for his family and their well being. He was a wonderful husband and best friend for Peggy, a caring and loving Dad for Beckie and Sean, loving brother, son, and brother-in-law. Loving uncle to Ryan, Jessica, Justine, and Julianne Paul. Sadly missed by his sister-in-law Chris (Bill Pressey), his brother-in-law Bob (Karen) Stepaniak, and their children; Greg (Tanya) Stepaniak, Steven Stepaniak, and Heather Stepaniak. Brian will be profoundly missed by all of his extended family and his family at 3M. Brian passed away playing his favourite sport, getting together with the guys at 3M to play a few periods. Along with his wife, Brian was the proprietor of Tay Crossing, in Perth. Brian's visitation took place on Thursday, January 1, 2009 from 2 p.m. until 4 pm and from 7 pm until 9 pm. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church, in Perth, on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 2:00 pm, with Father Alfred Alilio, presiding. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society of Canada or to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
