Felicity - 87 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020, at his home. He is survived by his Wife: Jobyna "Jo" Boots Clinger. 3 Children: Pamela (the late Roger) Illie, Vicky (Rick) Emmons and Richard (Sharon Kattine) Clinger. 6 Grandchildren: Bobbi Jo (David) Boling, Brandon (Megan) Illie, Kelli (Michael) Hoskins, Dustin Clinger, Derek (Mackenzie) Clinger and Charlotte (Richard) Jacobs. 7 Great-Grandchildren: Jadyn, Mason, Baylee, Harper, Alexa, RJ and Hunter. 2 late Sisters: Shirley Goenawein and Doris Bauer. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends. Member of the Felicity United Methodist Church, Felicity #102 F&AM, 30 Year past member of the Felicity School Board and Grant School Board, Felicity Volunteer Fire Department, Felicity Businessmen's Association. Veteran of the US Navy, Member of the Felicity American Legion and Felicity VFW. Owned and Operated the Clingers Gas Service Station for over 60 Years. Funeral Services will be Private to the family.
