Carrie Bowman Obituary
BOWMAN, Carrie Elizabeth Mason, 89, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord on August 15, 2010. She was the widow of Martin Bowman and is survived by her daughter, Marie Moss and husband, Bill; sons, Billy Bowman and wife, Janice, Philip Bowman and wife, Pat, Johnny Bowman and wife, Anne and Don Bowman and wife, Terry; sisters, Mildred Witt, Doris Witt, and Susie Williams; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Mrs. Bowman was a member of Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park.
Arrangements under the direction of Woody Funeral Home-Huguenot, Midlothian, VA.

I wish I had the honor of knowing such an amazing lady who is so engrained in the heart of my dear friend. God bless her in heaven and grant her free reign to continue to watch over all her loved ones as I'm sure she did in life.

I am so very sorry for Great Aunt Toostie passing. I was not told of this and there for were unable to attend family night. My thoughts and prays are with you all. God has another angel with him. Nannie is smiling bigger now too.
