CATHERINE CHRISENTERY Obituary
Catherine was a dedicated caregiver for over 40 years and worked as a Ward Clerk and CNA. She was known for her love of shopping, traveling, cooking, and entertaining her family and friends. Catherine accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Shady Grove Baptist Church, where she worshipped.
She is survived by her daughters Karen Parker, Jennifer Parker, son Jeffery Chrisentery, and was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Fannie B Holliday, siblings Walter Holliday, Mary Ann Stewart, Willie B Duncan, Irene Holliday and Lonita Williams, as well as children Gail, Morris and Christopher.
Catherine attended Scotlandville High School ,Baton Rouge Beauty College , her funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Mt. Piligram Baptist Church, 9700 Scenic Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70807. Viewing will begin at 10:00 AM followed by the service at 11:00 AM, officiated by Clifford Manor.
The funeral home assisting with the arrangements is A Hamilton Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, LA.

Hello my name is Tammy Christy, and I would like to send my condolences to my dear friends Karen and jenifer. My memories of Mrs. CATHERINE are such.
For all the times I visited her home as a young teenager. She would always be the life of the home. She always had a very good comical side. She kept me laughing nearly everyday that i visited as a young person. I thought she was so funny and such fun. She always treated me very well and she always cooked good meals. And mainly she loved her children Take your rest beautiful lady. And you will be truly missed
