Catherine Reed Obituary
Formerly of Carrollton, KY. received her heavenly wings on May 22, 2017, a day after celebrating her 97th birthday, she was surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Preston Reed.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters; Shirley Hall-Johnson of Prospect, KY, Bonnie Reed of Louisville, KY and son; George Reed of Carrollton, KY. Four grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
Her Home going Celebration will be at Noon Saturday First Christian Church 310 S. Fifth Street; Carrollton, KY., with burial to follow in the Carrollton I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM Friday at Pearson's 149 Breckenridge Lane and at church from 10:00 AM until noon Saturday.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Catherine.
Although she lived a long life, it's never long enough for those left to mourn.
She was one lovely lady and friend. I am visualizing her at her kitchen sink preparing a delicious secret recipe.
May God hold you in His arms and comfort you all with many beautiful memories of a lifetime.
