Charles Harnist Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joanne, his son Charles Jr. (Diana) from Montana, daughter Sherrie (John) Liebert of Tucson, June Petty also of Tucson, brother Frank and sister Marjorie Sharp, 8 living grandchildren, 15 living great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Kathleen M. Brewer, by his parents Frank M. & Elsie M. Harnist, sister Grace DeBow, his beloved granddaughter Christin D. Petty.
Charlie touched thousands of peoples lives as an entrepreneur and business man and was one of the original 3 founders of Maaco Auto Painting & Bodyworks.
Services will be held at East Lawn Palms, 5801 E Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85712 on Friday March 15th. There will be a public viewing from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 A.M., services from 12:30 – 1:30 P.M., and burial at 1:30 P.M.
