I grew up in Marshall, Mn personally knowing he and his family. I am a very good friend with his son Timothy, and to this day still share a deep relationship, and friendship.
I have many fond memories of both our youth, recent, and current relationship.
I would like to extend my warmest regards to his wife Dorothy, and entire family.
May God Bless them all as they remember and pay tribute to the exemplary life, and legacy of Charles.
Sincerely,
Timothy Bailey

McGuiggan Family:
I am sorry that I only knew you Ann, but we have been friends for some time. I am sorry for your loss. As a Alumni of SMSU, I really appreciate the efforts that your father had in getting the University in Marshall. He was a very influential person in the community and I am glad that he was able to enjoy many GREAT summers on Green Lake! Again my prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family.
God Bless

Dear Dorothy and McGuiggan kids -- I was so sorry to hear about Bud. You know that I thought the world of you "kids" and loved to argue SMSU politics with your dad. He and all of you are a great asset to the University. Eileen Thomas Dr. John Thomas loved having each of you in his classes.

Mary and Family,
My condolences on your loss. I know the effort you made to spend time with your Father and the thought you gave him when far away in Arizona. He led a productive and valuable life for his family, community, and Country. I think that is the definition of a good man.
My prayers are with you.
