I have so many great memories of my Great Uncle Charles and my Grandpa George (Charles brother) growing up from listening to their many stories, going to Uncle Charles church, and trips to his farm with my Grandparents. Sending my prayers and deepest condolences to my extended Stephens Family.

I appreciate his devoted love toward his 8 children and his loving wife = my personal friend & mother- in-law Wanda Lee Stephens. He really loved his ice cream, I fed him his last cup of ice cream here on earth.

The best memories I have of Grandpa Stephens was when he would read to us. Sitting on his lap he was so patient in reading every detail! It was as if you were actually there. Also riding on the tractor. He would ride us around in the tractor bucket for what seemed liked hours. Also our road trips from Oregon to California in the van we saw lots of sights and really enjoyed spending time with Grandpa and Grandma. They loved the ocean as much as we did. Whenever they would come visit us we made sure to go to the beach and Mt Hood. He said that if he ever lived any place except Arkansas it would be Oregon. He loved it here! We love him and he will be greatly missed. Willie, Judy, Kasey, Anna, and Amanda Stephens from Molalla, Oregon

Grandpa Stephens was the best bible story teller I ever knew, he could tell the stories with such passion and excitement you actually felt as though you were there witnessing it first hand! My favorite two stories were Elijah & Elisha, and David and Goliath!! I also want to thank grandpa and my dad for the examples of great work ethic!! Grandpa you will be missed!! Thanks for everything you mean to me!!! CJ Stephens
