To the family of Charlotte Teller, a lovely, caring and unforgettable lady. I was lucky to have known her as a Meals on Wheels volunteer, but more so as a member of the Emanuel, Maxine's mom, and a dear friend. I know you will all miss her. With my deepest sympathy to her family.
