The one time on Instagram I got to talk to him on a new project for a song he was working on he seemed so genuinely sweet and down to earth so sad to have heard of his passing three years later it still doesn't seem real. I remember being 9 years old and dancing to It Happens Every Time on my huge boom box in my room! Chris was one of my favorite members of the group and I can’t believe that he was laid to rest at only 34. I didn’t know him personally, but I’ll definitely miss his Trousdale Tuesdays and all his other awesome videos he used to post. May you never be forgotten! ❤

It’s been only a few months and it’s felt like an eternity without him. There are no words to express my heartache since he left us. He was an incredible friend and being with him felt like you won the lottery. He made every person he touched feel incredibly special. It’s hard for me to grasp this loss, I’m still very much in denial. I’m thankful for all of our memories, especially the last few months of them. I’ll miss him forever. He has done so much for me in my life, such an instrumental human in my friendships, my career... he became family. There hasn’t been one second I haven’t thought of him. He will live on forever.

At the age of 13 I saw a commercial on Nickelodeon. It was of 5 guys singing a song called It happens every time. Since that commercial I had to research these gorgeous guys. That is the day I became a fan. Chris was my favorite out of the guys. I went to the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade in 2001. My grandma who was my best friend took me to the parade and let me follow the float from the beginning to the end. I got a poster from Louie. The guys would wave to me and blow kisses. I will never forget that day. I also went to the concert in Cincinnati where they taped the biggest fan. I will never forget. I was shocked to hear of the passing of Chris. I will never forget his kind soul. RIP.

I am so saddened by the news of the death of Chris Trousdale. I had the privilege of being cast mates with Chris when my career began in The Sound Of Music on Broadway in 1999 in the role of Gretl. He was the most genuine, compassionate, caring, talented individual. He had a big smile Ill never forget! When I was in the cast, we were close and he always felt like such a big brother to me. Not too long ago we reconnected at an industry gathering and shared many memories. I send my thoughts, prayers, and sympathies to his family. RIP Chris, we love you.
