Chris Wiggins

Chris Wiggins passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Chris was born on May 26,1956 to Carl and Shirley Wiggins in Lubbock, TX. He later moved to Midland where he began his life-long career as a welder, working for various welding companies and later owning his own welding business. Chris was always a joy to be around, he never met a stranger, as he always had a joke to be told. He was an avid lover of football, Texas Tech and the Cowboys to be exact. He is proceeded in death by his parents, stepfather Bill Jones, daughter, Cassandra and 1 grandson, Michael. He is survived by son, Michael (Cushing, OK), daughter, Christi (Lubbock), Amy (Midland), Clint (Houston), brothers Robert Wiggins and Billy Jones (Lubbock). He also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, special cousin Janet (Lubbock). His memorial will take place on Saturday January 14, 2023, at VFW Post 7208 1306 E. Taylor Ave., Midland, TX 79701, from 2-4 pm.
