My only regret is that we did not have a longer friendship. I am sad to say goodbye, but at least my life was made richer by you, even if briefly.
Who is this man? For me, an intelligent, humble, sincere soul with a heavyweight intellect, who was more than a match with world affairs, geopolitics and current events. He was a master of those kinds of topics and conversations that I can have and enjoy with only a few. And now, even fewer. Of the crucial harbor lights that guide one's way in life, yet another one, too soon, has gone out.
I hope you are in a better place, my friend. I will miss our dinner conversations with Larry. Thank you and Godspeed.

When you contacted me Christian and asked for me to be your preceptor for your MSN program at Gonzaga, I was excited, but also felt the responsibility to make sure you were going to be the best Clinical Nurse Educator you could be. I was hard on you at times, but that is because I could see your potential, and this was your last clinical rotation before graduation. You took the reins and ran with it, taking suggestions and made them your own and you blossomed. You could teach with such enthusiasm and excitment, nervous, but you owned it, I was so proud of you. During our time together, we found a friendship and kinship in The Walking Dead, Norman Reedus and all types of food. Your smile was infectious, your excitement was so fun to be around. I was over the moon when I found out you were going to start teaching clinicals at BTC, I was so proud. Rest my dear friend and I will see you again and than YOU can teach me all about heaven. Larry and family, my heart and prayers go to you all, Christian was amazing.
