Christina Hamby Obituary
Christina Ann Dale Hamby, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the young age of 43.
Christina was born in Georgetown, Texas on December 5, 1979. Christina loved fiercely and enjoyed spending time with family. She will be missed for all her stories, her laughter and her need of people around her, as she did not feel complete without friends and family. She was not dealt an easy hand at life, but she always tried to make it work.
She had been fighting for her life since July 2022 with multiple hospital and rehab stays, her body just could not fight off the infection her body kept getting.
Towards the end of her life, she really wanted to turn her life around, spend more time with family and was grateful for the help that she had started to receive.
Christina was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce Ann Withrow and Charles Don Hamby and her younger brother Shawn Christopher Lee Hamby. She is survived by her brothers Bryan Hamby and son Caleb of Texas, nephew Austin Tyler of Virginia (son of Shawn Hamby), Charles Hamby of Colorado, her sisters Tanya Roberts and Libby Cunningham and son "Fritz" and daughters Sherry, Samantha, and Amanda all from Texas, and many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved her dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled later and will be updated once a date has been confirmed.
