Chip Friday and I were classmates at Fox Chapel Highschool. I grew up mostly in Pittsburgh, ultimately in the Fox Cahpel neighborhood.
Chip (charles) was one of the nicest people I met during my high school experience. I am very sad to learn that he has passed too soon

I have known you since the dawn of my memory. I have adored you in many ways my entire life. I will miss you for the remainder of my life. This was the first year that I didn't get a Happy Mothers Day text message from you and it was missed. And it will always be missed. You live on in my heart and are a treasured and precious memory. To me, you will be forever young and vibrant. Smiling and engaging. Generous and forgiving. Patient and kind-hearted. An amazing father. And forever my friend. I love and miss you, Christopher.

My deepest sympathies go out to Chris' family and friends. We graduated from FC together and although we didn't hang out in the same crowd, I do remember his movie star smile and friendly personality. I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for you to receive comfort, peace, and strength. I have some experience with losing a loved one at a young age and can tell you that although nothing will ever really be the same, you will eventually find a way to go on, you will eventually have some level of joy again, and you will with God's grace be able to look forward to being reunited with him someday.

I'm so sorry to hear of Chris' passing. I always remember Chris standing up for us little kids in the neighborhood. One time in particular, he played kickball with the group in the circle and only threw the ball gently to tag me out, when he had a fierce fastball to tag out the older/stronger kids. To me, that showed such a kind and wise heart. I'll be praying for all who loved and knew him.
