Christopher Lynn Heavilin

Radnor - Christopher Lynn Heavilin, 71, of Radnor passed way unexpectedly Monday morning in the emergency room at Grady Memorial Hospital. He was born October 3, 1951 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Dee Bruce Heavilin and Margery Ann (Dunn) Heavilin, graduated from Cambridge High School and later received his radiology degree from the Muskingum Area Technical Center in 1993. He married the love of his life Penny Ditto and together they shared 43 years of marriage. An X-ray Technologist for Ohio Health Physicians Group for almost 27 years, Chris enjoyed computers, riding motorcycles and spending time with his granddaughter. He was also a member of the Delaware Eagles #376. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Penny; son, Robert of Radnor; granddaughter, Eris Heavilin; brother, Patrick (Amy) Heavilin of Panama, Florida. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive at W. William Street, Delaware, where services celebrating his life will follow at 1:30 pm. Burial will be in Radnor Cemetery.
