Clara Jankowski Obituary
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Shari Thomas and daughter-in-law Carla Jankowski. She is survived by a loving husband of 61 years Zygmont (Ziggy) Jankowski, 4 children Rosie Beniretto, Lynda and husband Tom Thomas, Mary Beard, Z. Leon Jankowski; 6 grandchildren Tracy Thomas, Sandi and husband Thomas Aitken, Lisa and husband Jason Purdum, Rachel Allen, Charles and Rebecca Jankowski; 5 great grandchildren, Allison Aitken, Michael and Ashlea Adair, Mitchell Adair, Anthony and Isabella Purdum; 3 great great grandchildren, Stephen, Kurt, and Zoey Adair; sister-in-law Leona (Bugs) Davis.
Clara was a member of St. Charles Barromeo Catholic Church, a member of the Ladies Altar Society, Catholic Daughters #1750 and Ladies Auxiliary Council #2917.
She retired from W.T. Grant after 15 years of service and later retired from American General Life & Casualty after 11 years.
Visitation will be at Earthman's Resthaven on I-45 on Sunday December 7, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM with a Rosary beginning at 5:30 PM. Mass will be at St. Cecelia's Catholic Church located on Joan of Arc off Bunker Hill at 10:30 AM on Tuesday December 9, 2014.

She and Ziggy were great neighbors.We lived beside them from the 70s through early 00's. She was truly sweet and a loving person. God rest her soul

She was loved by so many and so many loved her. She will be greatly missed.Every child should have a grandmother like her in their life.
