Cody was born on November 19,1995. He is survived by his Mother, Jodie and her husband Doug; his grandmother, Jackie; his aunt and uncle, Amy and Jonathan Sherwood; his girlfriend, Devyn; and the center of his whole world, his daughter, Addison.
Services will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 N US Highway 301 on December 4 at 4pm
