Well colleen I always thought you would be writing this about me.butas usual you changed things again .so I am writing this knowing you are not gone,or far away . Because I know how protective you are of your family and friends . I am willing to bet your already making your rounds letting them know when there sad or thinking of you to close there eyes put a smile on because you will always be there for them. I won't miss you too much because I know you are in the passenger seat telling me where to go,and around the next turn telling me that we should have turned their laughing and smiling as we passed our trips were short but filled with a lifetime of memories So my dear put your seatbelt on for when we met again for the next trip Friends when we met Friends when we met again Always in my heart and forever in our travels love Darrell PS I may have never had the pleasure of meeting all of her family or friends but I believe that I have meet you all the a little bit by the way she talked and expressed her love for you all I know she loved each and every one of you it has been my pleasure to have been a little part of her life and I AM proud to be able to call her my friend I hope to meet you all one Darrell

my best buddy and first first cousin Colleen,I am already missing you so much. All the laughter we shared, the dreams we shared, the joy and friendship we had have been taken to soon. I AM finding it hard to put my thoughts down right now, knowing it is your funeral and I am not there. I am so sorry I did not come and pick you up two weeks ago when you said you wanted to come home. There are so many people in HEAVEN that you must be meeting again, being with your daughter must be a loving feeling. Say hello to my mom and dad for me and give then a kiss from me. I am going to do what ever I can to be there for your son and daughter, I love them like they are my own children and will forever be there for them. Please come see me in my dreams and always know how much I loved you my cousin.

Be at peace

46yrs ago, our paths crossed through our fathers. Our parents became great friends, and so did we. As kids, we spent time skipping double dutch, roaming the streets with other friends, jump ball at the school, hopscotch, Pinky's for ice cream, and coming up with schemes every Friday, so we would end at the house that was serving home made french fries for supper. We had so much fun, and made great memories, ones that I have always held hear to my heart. We didn't chat often, but when we did, it was great to hear your voice, a voice that spoke so fondly and lovingly of your babies and grandbabies. I pray your soul is at peace, has wings to fly high, and I pray that those who will miss your daily presence and laughter, will find you on their shoulder, and in the little ways you show that you are right there beside them. Rest easy friend, for you are forever loved, and will be deeply missed
