Daniel KROGSENG Obituary

Visit the Legacy Remembers website to view the full obituary.
On February 23, 2018, we lost an incredibly good man. Dan Krogseng was born on October 3, 1965 and was proud to be told regularly that he looked, 'way younger than that'. Dan grew up on St. Paul's Eastside and was a proud Harding High School graduate. He later moved across the border to Roberts, WI. He was a co-owner of Twin Cities Abatement Technologies in South St. Paul. Dan was a wonderful man with a contagious glass-half-full attitude. He was loved by many people and the space he leaves behind is enormous. He is survived by his wife Marcia Krogseng and his children Isaiah Krogseng, Mia Krogseng, Sam Krogseng, and Max Berger. We love you so much, Dan, and we are your biggest fans. Dan is also survived by his mother, Diane Middleton, father and stepmother, Ron and Daphne Krogseng, sisters Jody Krogseng (David Riddle), Julie Morancey (Mike Morancey), and Krissy Kringle (Brian Rahn), step-siblings Noel Anderson (Brian Botzet) and Sabrina Anderson (Jim Halbert), nieces and nephews Jeremy Krogseng, Jackie Deaton, Matt Sura, Nick Perez, Luke Morancey, Snow Deaton, Travis Burns, Jarrett Burns, Brendon Kelly, and Nick Kelly, in-laws Gladys Earl, Janelle Earl, Vickie and Jamie Goulette, Trent Prince, Dave Widmyer, Josh Widmyer, and Brian and Gina Kelly, next door neighbors and best friends the Melbys, and a long list of close friends who were family to Dan. Gathering of Family and Friends 4 – 7PM Friday, March 2 at O'Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson , WI.. Memorial Service will take place 1PM Saturday, March 3 at Cross Lutheran Church, 1246 County Rd. TT, Roberts, WI.

R.I.P. Dan , I'll never forget the times we shared in elementary school and Mounds park middle school. You were always nice and considerate, funny. Lost touch with you after high school, but heard you could play the guitar very well. From what I've read you turned out to be a great guy. Would have liked to know you as an adult. - Sincerely Richard Baker
My condolences to all Dans family and friends.

I worked with Dan so many years ago at roadside pizza- he was a fantastic pizza maker. What a great personality. I am so very sorry to hear of this. Prayers and best wishes to your family

Danny lived around the corner from us on Wilshire. We would all play together in the summer with Steve from next door. We would go across the street in the field and play ball and we would also climb down the cliffs (to peekabo mountain). I am so very sorry for your loss. May you have great memories to remember him by. He was definitely a big part of my childhood.

Marcia and Family and all the Krogseng's,
I don't even know where to start. Dan was a Friend and like a Brother to me . Being in a band together , So many good times . And Djing Weddings and Running Karaoke Shows. Anything to do with music Dan was in. I have so many stories of good times whether it was at a party or a road trip or just sitting around laughing and always listening to music . Dan was a Great friend and would give you the shirt off his back. My heart is broken and I can't believe it . Some things in life are just not fair. I will miss him everyday. His Family and Friends always meant the world to him. And I remember how happy he was when he met Marcia.

I will miss you Dan and I Love Ya Brother .
