Darla Gohl Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 28, 2024.
Darla Kay Gohl (Stringfield) was called to her eternal rest on April 22, 2024, in Pasadena, Texas. She was born on June 8, 1950, in Fort Benning, Georgia. Darla walked through life with a heart of gold, touching the lives of many. Her gentle spirit made her a cherished figure in the lives of her family and friends.

Darla is survived by her beloved husband Fred Gohl, sons Bradley Rose, Paul Reeves, William Nancarrow, daughter-in law Erika Russi, sisters Victoria Wright and Paula Briles, brothers Edward, James, and Darrell Stringfield, grandchildren Bethany and Gin 'Keira' Rose, Justin, Jordan and Jared Nisbet, and her precious great-grandchildren.
As Darla joins the company of angels, she is preceded by her mother Gloria Margaret Stringfield and father Paul Edward Stringfield.

As we mourn the loss of Darla, we also express our deepest gratitude for the blessing of her presence in our lives. She will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have felt the warmth of her presence, but we find comfort knowing she has found peace in the heavenly kingdom and will continue to watch over us with the same love and care she so generously gave on earth.

My beautiful guardian angel. You are forever loved and will be greatly missed. Thank you for always loving us without judgement and letting me do your hair & makeup as a kid. I couldnt be more grateful for the time we had together, but it was not enough. Things will never be the same without you
