News Death Notice
FUGATE, David Charles age 60 of Union, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2014. He retired from the Duriron Company with over 22 years of service. He attended Salem Church of God. David had a heart of gold who loved the Lord. He was a devoted and loving family man. David loved to travel and see new sights. He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Diane (Bingham) Fugate, son: Benjamin Fugate of Union, daughter: Rachel Fugate of Union, brother: Donald Fugate of New Lebanon, mother-in-law: Barbara "Bobbie" Bingham of Englewood, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends and his little doggies. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Dorothy Marie (Watson) Fugate, sister: Denise Hammonds and father-in-law: Bob Bingham. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Salem Church of God (6500 Southway Rd., Clayton) with Pastor Rick Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow the service at Bear Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church. To my cousin David and family,so sorry we were not there for the service. No one called us until today, Don called he had wondered why we were not there. We grew up together in Cincinnati Ohio, my sisters and I are heart broken of his death,Polly Sissy Janet and Debbie. Love you rest in peace.
