I am so sorry to learn about your Dad. He was a real sweet man even when he was giving me a hard time of which he did everytime I saw him. He will be greatly missed.

Mr. Kitchens was very special to me as I was growing up in Mineola. I followed my grandmother's (Bobbie Adams) tradition of working at Kitchens' Hardware because I loved the store so much.

Our family enjoyed knowing Mr. Kitchens, my Mother, Bobbie Adams,
worked at the hardware store with him. He always greeted us with a smile and nice greeting of the day.
(concerning what ever we were involved in at the time).
I remember what a good Father he was, and how he loved the Grandchildren.
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you...Sincerely,
Vivian Wilson

Dear Kitchens family members; Our prayers go out to all of you in this time of great loss. We are an old time Mineola family that have known and traded with the Kitchen's Hardware Store for many years. We wish you God's support in your time of need. God bless all of you and give you strength.

Charm,
I was so sorry to read of the death of your father today, but we are always comforted by the words of Paul that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
You are in my prayers today.
