LASKEY, David A.
84 years of Kingsville, passed away peacefully at Leamington District Memorial Hospital on Friday March 4, 2016. Predeceased by wife Edna (2004), sister Dorothy Reume and brother John. Survived by sister Mable Reimer. He leaves behind daughter Kim Williams, sons Richard (Carol), Tim and Chris. Dearest stepfather of Bill (Rhonda) Winter, Lynn (Lowell, 2016), and Scott (Jodi) Winter. Loving grandpa to Krystal (James) Raposo, Dawn (Wes) Cronheimer, Jeremy and Ryan Winter, Justin Renaud and Ashley Laskey-Ouellette. Beloved great-grandpa to Marnie Austin, Leighton and Thayne Raposo, Quinton Winter, Jaidyn and Riley Cronheimer. Missed by many nieces and nephews. David was a retired school teacher from KDHS who also enjoyed scouting, scuba diving and ice boating for many years. Special thank you to the staff at Chartwell Kingsville and LDMH. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the
C. Stuart Sykes Funeral Home,
91 Division St. S., Kingsville
from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Condolences may be left at

I remember Mr. Laskey very well. He taught me drafting at Kingsville High.. great teacher and will be greatly missed by all.

Kim, sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of Dave over many years. Sailing on his cat, singing at scout camps and of course his drafting classes at KDHS. Sail on Skipper.
