Denise Hope Wilhelm

Denise Hope Wilhelm (nee Spencer) passed away on November 20, 2023, in New Port Richey, Florida, at the age of 76. She was born on November 11, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Denise was a loving wife to the late Sonny Wilhelm, a dedicated Cincinnati Fireman. Together, they shared a passion for caring for their cherished canine companions - Tier, Sadie, Gypsy, DeeOGee, and Sophie. Denise found joy in gardening, crafting from beach treasures, and supporting special needs individuals. She had a thoughtful heart, never missing an opportunity to celebrate family milestones with cards and gifts.

She is survived by Randall, Todd, Robert, Stanley, and Karen Spencer, along with Gary Browne and Melissa Witte, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Denise was preceded in death by her husband, Fidel (Sonny) Joseph Wilhelm, her father Haven Hadley Spencer, her mother Hope Wayne (Jenkins) Browne, and her sister Jennifer Wayne (Spencer) Dame.

Denise and Sonny's final wish was fulfilled as their cremated remains, along with those of their dogs, were joined and scattered in the Gulf of Mexico. A private ceremony was held on December 10, 2023, at Brasher Park, New Port Richey, FL.
