Hi Rob! I’ve been away from my Facebook for so long and tonight as i logged i saw my dear friend Desaree is no longer here. My heart goes out to you and the children. May the good lord continues to bless you with abundance of strength and love to always be strong for yourself and the children.
Des Im so sorry I’ve been away and we never got the chance to talk I remember our long talks on the phone i still remember us being neighbors, being young, dumb and naive.and struggling with our lives with the choices we made at the time. I remember the day Sadie was born I remember all the heartbreaks you and i endured I remembered it all . In fact i dream about us from time to time living there again at that small apartment, sitting outside on the stairsbeing young I remember how we both got out found a better life and how i was so proud of us❤❤i miss you i love you i wish i got to say goodbye. I love u and will forever miss you!

I was just going through old papers and found a letter you sent from Iraq that I kept with other special letters from former students. Wondering how and where you were after all these years, I did a Google search and came upon your dear wife's obituary. Please accept my deepest condolences. Though I was saddened by your profound loss, finding you was indeed heartwarming.
