Diana was as a dear, kind, and beautiful lady. I have 6 O'Malley cats that I kept as my babies and she helped saved many many others that i "found". I smile every time i pet my cats as i remember her. Kirk, the loss will always be there but so will the memories of the great joy she brought. She accomplished so much with her life and leaves us in awe at her legacy. Be at peace kitty angel!

Kirk and family, I am so very sad for your loss. I met Diana after moving to Nacogdoches in 2007 and finding O'Malley Alley Cats. I volunteered with O'Malley for several years and working with such a kind, compassionate and dedicated animal lover was a joy. Diana was so lovely and brave, never complaining. I admire her very much. What a loss to her family, friends, and all the pets she saved and all she will not be there for. She will be missed. God bless her.

I remember Diana from when she was a student in my MBA class at SFA in the 1990's. She was smart, hard working, and pleasant to be around. I was sorry to hear a while back that she was fighting cancer, and the world has a big empty space now that the cancer won. My condolences to Kirk and to the rest of Diana's family. Warren W. I met Mrs.Diane over a conversation about cats. I met her one other time when I adopted my cat 9 years ago. She was the type of person after speaking with them, you'd never forget. So sorry to hear of her passing. My condolences to her family.

Dear Family and Friends of Diana,
I knew Diana through her efforts to save homeless and cats and kittens. I was introduced to Diana by Kathy Taylor, another hero in the animal rescue world. Though Diana and I only communicated via the internet and telephones calls, her shining and compassionate soul was apparent immediately.
Diana was so kind and caring; traits which are under-valued in our society.
She told me of her health struggles and I was amazed at her determination to continue with her animal rescue work despite all she was going through.
I found her sense of humor lovely, and the world is indeed a less lovely place without her.
I send you all my deepest and heartfelt condolences at this terrible time of loss in your lives.
I am sorrier that I can say, for your loss of Diana and the loss to the world.
Diana was and always be an everyday hero.

My sincere condolences on the passing of Diana. My interactions with her were around the rescue of cats, which was something she was passionate about. I appreciated her kindness, patience and empathy as we shared a bond over a cat named King Solomon. My heart goes out to you, Kirk.
