Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Linda and Family: We were saddened to hear of the passing of Donnie. He was a warm, kind hearted, man who would do anything for anyone. We know he will be greatly missed by all of his Nieces and Nephews he talked so much about. We will miss those times eating crab legs and shrimp together. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are sure that Donnie is now in Steeler's heaven. Go Steelers!

To Linda and Rue Family so sorry for your loss,Donnie was a great person whenever you saw him he was smiling and never passed you by. He is in heaven now looking down and smiling, but death only separates us for a while because someday we will be together again. He has joined his family in heaven.May god give you and your family faith and strength at this difficult time. Rest in peace Donnie. TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME LINDA AND FAMILY.

I'll never forget working with Donnie for a while and then realizing Donnie was married to Linda when they visited my parents. Donnie always remembered everyone and never forgot to ask how everyone was doing. We're going to miss you buddy.

Linda Rue and Family; I worked with Donnie for many years at the shop, I will miss his good mornings as I walked into our department. Donnie was a good friend, and was always ready to lend a hand if you needed one. Donnie was a good Union Member and was quick to point out if something was not quite right. Local 7687 will grieve his loss as a friend and Union Brother, I personally am honored to have known him.

My boys nicknamed him " Big Yoda" because he knew how to fix everything like Yoda on Star Wars.He helped us with our swimming pool, our cars, the furnance, you name it.Donnie was always willing to help out.We knew when we moved, the only thing we hated to leave behind was Big Yoda and Linda. There will never be another like him.

To Donnie's Family; Donnie,(my big teddy bear)will be sadly missed. I was his partner at BAE for sometime. It didn't take me long to realize that behind the big bad roar of his, he was the sweetest, caring and most helpful partner that I could have had. He never fooled me with that voice, well, one time , but after that .... that's when he became my "big teddy bear". I enjoyed the times we worked together, there was never a day that went by that he didn't bring a smile to my face.I will miss him dearly.
