Mr. Bellum was the best man I ever worked for. I was his secretary at Amoco Minerals in Chicago and Cypress Coal in Englewood when I was in my 20’s. He had such enthusiasm for mining and he would always take the time to teach me about the mining industry, which made me feel like part of the team. I loved going to work every day. He was a good family man and I learned so much about work and life just by watching him and listening to him every day. My deepest condolences to his wife and family. He always spoke kindly and proudly about his family. He was such a good example to me. May he Rest In Peace.
