Hi Dad,
I just wanted to thank you for my concrete work - my patio looks great. I know you can see it and are happy with the turnout. Dave had a great idea to make a flower box around it, we were all very happy and a little surprised it turned out that well.
A lot has happened since you left but I know you have been with us along the way. Aimee's wedding was beautiful, I don't think there's ever been a more beautiful bride. I know you were there and helped things go smoothly, and being you love the heat I'm sure you helped out there too...just remember in the future though - we don't like the heat as much as you did...j/k.
Today I washed the windows with the vinegar you bought last year. I could hear your voice and you shaking your head that vinegar isn't supposed to be used for windows...and then in that funny voice you said "is my beaner becoming domesticated?!" I miss that voice but can hear it in my head. Keep sending the messages and keep guiding me along the way you always have.
I love you and miss you so much.

Happy Father's Day Dad!
I miss you so much. There was still so much that I wanted to do with you, and so much that I wanted to talk to you about! However I am still talking, and I know you are listening. Hope you are golfing today!
Love,
Carrie

Jan, Colleen and the rest of the family, You are in my prayers. I will remember the times that Don and I spent golfing and the "atta-boy" when I had a good shot. He made me better. Thank You

Jan
Thirteen years have past since seeing Don, a few less since talking to him. His passing is as if I saw him yesterday.
Few people have meant so much to me as you and Don.
God Bless Don, you and the kids. You all will remain in my prayers.

Our memories of Don are all so good. He had a big heart, he was generous, he had a great sense of humor, he was always ready to lend a helping hand. And he made this world a better place. We are so blessed to have known him. Thank you Jan for marrying him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Love, Judy & Jack
