Donald McCullough LAMAR - Funeral service for Mr. Donald McCull-ough of Boston, MA formerly of Lamar will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 in Bethany Baptist Church. Rev. Emanuel Simon, Pastor. Burial will follow in Plaza Memorial directed by Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc., Darlington. Mr. McCullough died Friday, May 4th in a Boston, MA hospital. He was born in Darlington County a son of the late Jasper and Julia Bennett McCullough. He was a graduate of Spaulding High School Class of 1981 and continued his education at the Job Corp receiving training in Welding and Brick Mason. He was employed at the Egg and I Farm, Lamar. After moving to Boston, MA he was employed at Virginia Welding and David Gore Delivery Services. At an early age, he attended Mary Magdalene Baptist Church and Bethany Baptist Church. Later, he was a member of Central Assembly Church Of God in Boston, MA Survivors include: his daughter, Shanna Brisby of Columbia; 4 sisters: Alice Spann, Evangelist Virginia (Eddie) Robinson both of Timmonsville, Mary Ann Robinson of Lamar and Margie Lisa (Jackie) Hughes of Darlington; ten brothers: Willie McCull-ough, Jasper McCullough, Jr., Jimmy McCullough, all of Boston, MA, Jerome McCullough, Allen (De-loris) McCullough, Larry (Corine) McCullough, Chester (Mae Ester) Mc-Cullough all of Lamar, James (Hattie) McCullough of Lynch, (his twin) Ronald Lillian) McCullough and William McCullough both of Timmonsville; a sister-in-law, Carolyn McCull-ough; 4 aunts; 2 uncles; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by; a brother, Sylvester McCullough; 3 nieces: Shavon, Candis and Ashley Nicole. The family is receiving friends at the home of his twin brother, Ronald McCullough of 1610 Meander Drive, Timmonsville.
