Donald Roszell

ROSZELL, Donald Donald Gordon was born on June 29, 1931 in Regina and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 29, 2009 at Pioneer Village in Regina. He was predeceased by his first wife Connie; parents John and Muriel; parents-in-law Harold and Jean Anthony; sister-in-law Marn Anthony; niece Francine White; and nephew Dean Anthony. Don leaves to cherish his memory his wife Hilda; daughter Janice (Allan) Douglas and their family Andrew and Amanda; daughter Michele (Rudy) Steiner and their family Amy, Nathan and Sarah; brothers and sisters-in-law Elwood Anthony, Glenda (Budd) Aldred, Marlene (Syd) White and Vernon (Sandra) Anthony; stepchildren Barry (Loretta) Mayer, Jan (Denis) Bourgeois, Holly (Will) Wiens, Miles (Janell) Mayer and their families; Hilda's siblings Ruth Rotheisler, Roy (Marguerite) Kilbach, Kathleen Killbach and Grace Kilbach; plus numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Don loved the outdoors, camping, helping and visiting neighbours and holidays with the family. Special thanks to all the staff at Pioneer Village and Dr. Bradel who cared for Don and his family. He will be deeply missed by his family whom he loved very much. A VISITATION will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Thursday, July 2, 2009 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Westhill Park Baptist, 8025 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK on Friday, July 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Don's memory may be made to Westhill Park Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 8025 Sherwood Drive, Regina SK S4Y 1G1 or to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, 301, 2550 12 Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X1.
