I recall Don with fond memories fom Bolles Days. It is always sad to hear of this kind of news. My very best to all his family.

Don and I were roommates at Bolles And have many fond memories when Don and I double dated and spent great times together. We had many meals at his famly restaurant with his Mother and Dad.

I have not seen him for years but this is a great loss to me personally. He was like a member of my family.

With Love,

FOR SEVERAL YEARS, MOST OF US ON THE BOLLES ALUMNI ROSTER HAD LOST TRACK OF DONALD UNTIL HE CONTACTED THE SCHOOL ABOUT A YEAR AGO. SINCE THEN IT WAS THE PLEASURE OF SEVERAL OF US TO HAVE HAD SOME CONTACT WITH DON VIA E-MAIL. I PERSONALLY LOST TRACK OF DON AFTER HE LEFT THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS IN DOWNTOWN JACKSONVILLE, AND I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER HOW MANY YEARS AGO THAT WAS. I ASSUME IT WAS SOMETIME BEFORE 1970. -- DON WILL BE IN OUR MEMORIES FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. I REGRET THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND OUR 50TH CLASS REUNION TWO YEARS AGO. MY CONDOLENCES GO OUT TO ALL OF HIS FAMILY. -- JIM BARKER
