Born September 3, 1948 in Oakland, CA she was 60 years old. She was known for being generous and helpful. She enjoyed reading and going on cruises, but most of all she loved being an aunt and taking her nieces and nephews on vacation. Loving sister of Charlene Anders of Union City, CA; Debra Gittings of Fremont, CA, Diane Swanson of Turlock, CA and David Base of Fremont, CA. Dearest aunt of Leanna Coates, Matthew Anders, Andrew and Kaitland Gittings, Clayton Basepayne, Jillian Base, and 2 great nephews and 3 great nieces. Family and friends are invited to attend a vigil service Thursday, December 11tth at 7:00 p.m.. held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA. Memorial Mass will be at noon, Friday, December 12th held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 40382 Fremont Blvd, Fremont. Inurnment will follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery.
