A funeral service will be held for Donna K. Wooley, 53, of Reedsport, at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 12, at Dunes Memorial Chapel, 2300 Frontage Road, in Reedsport.

Donna was born Jan. 1, 1955, in North Bend, to Stan and Maxine (Emerson) Stevens. She died April 4, 2008, in Coos Bay.

She was raised in Reedsport and graduated from Reedsport High School. She married R. Mark Wooley on Aug. 25, 1972, in Reedsport. She worked at International Paper and, most recently, at Ticor Title.

Donna was a member of the Eagles. She loved the time she spent with her family, going camping, playing Bunco and watching her grandchildren's sports and dance activities.

She is survived by her husband, R. Mark Wooley; son, Michael Wooley and his wife, Jennifer of Reedsport; daughter, Jennifer Sams and her husband, Ryan of Reedsport; siblings, Diane Strowbridge and her husband, Greg of Reedsport, Rick Stevens and his wife, Linda of Reedsport and Susan Krause and her husband, John of St. Helens; two grandchildren, Haden and Haylee Sams; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Stan Stevens; and mother, Maxine Stevens.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Oregon Health and Science University, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, 3181 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road, Portland, OR 97239.

Arrangements are under the direction of Dunes Memorial Chapel, (541) 271-2822.

Donna was a great friend all these many years.I'll miss our lunches,phone calls & her smiling face.I'm sure the family will agree she was one terrific wife,mother,sister & grandma.In time,I hope the sadness will ease for them.With love and fond memories,I say goodbye to my friend.Love jess
