ANDREWS, Doreen Maureen On April 11, 2007 Doreen of Edmonton passed away peacefully at the age of 88. Doreen is survived by her loving family. Three children: Susie (Johnny) Turgeon of Edmonton, Gloria (Henry) Anderson of Edmonton, Linda Liske of Inglis, Manitoba; eleven grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters: Joyce (Joe) Metz of Gull Lake, Saskatchewan, Doris (John) Klein of Kindersley, Saskatchewan and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving husband, Cecil; also daughters: Faye and Shirley; granddaughter, Dixie Bagnall; grandson, Darren Turgeon; son-in-law, Wally Liske; parents, Martin and Annie Smith; two sisters: Mary and Laura; four brothers: Harold, George, Ed and John. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Wednesday, April 18 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the chapel of Howard & McBride Westlawn, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, AB where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Westlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made in memory of Doreen to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 10985 - 124 Street, Edmonton, AB T5M 0H9.
