Easton White Eagle, Jr.

Funeral services for Easton White Eagle, 18 month old son of Ansel White Eagle, Jr. and Cherish Steele of Bullhead, SD will be Saturday, April 21 at 11:00AM, CDT at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Bullhead. Burial will follow at St. John's Episcopal Cemetery, Bullhead. An all night wake will begin with prayer services at 7:00pm Friday at the Rock Creek School Gym in Bullhead. Arrangements are entrusted to Stout Family Funeral Home, Mobridge Easton Joseph James White Eagle, 18 months old, of Bullhead, SD, entered the spirit world April 16, 2012 in Jamestown, ND. Easton was born October 6, 2010 in Bismarck, ND to Cherish Steele & Ansel White Eagle, Jr. During his short time here with us, he was a happy little boy who was loved by all who met him, always wanted to be held and had a loveable smile that made your heart melt. His mega-watt smile will be greatly missed by all the kids who stopped by daily to see him and hold him. Our whole lives changed on December 8, 2011 when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor in Bismarck, ND and was immediately flown to Amplatz Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, where he had two major surgeries to remove the tumor. He spent the remainder of his young life in the hospital and was improving, gaining his strength with daily therapy and was ready to move to Jamestown, ND to the Anne Carlsen Center to continue therapy to get stronger.
