Elbert W. Neal
Elbert W. Neal, 68, 126 West Fell Street, Summit Hill, died June 11, 2006 in St. Lukes Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Agnes Armon Neal. Born in Barbourville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Herman and Luelle Adams Neal. He was self-employed as a cement contractor in the Erie area. He served in Air Force for eight years. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Panther Valley. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Survivors: Wife; two sons, Elbert J. Neal and his wife Susan of Laurys Station and Rev. Wesley J. Neal and his wife Jessica of Sarasota, Florida; a daughter, Camille Belser of Barbourville, Kentucky; a sister, Hester Daniels and her husband Anthony in Tennessee; two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Willis Arthur Neal and a brother, Bergan Neal. Services: at the convenience of the family. Thomas J. Parambo Funeral Home, Summit Hill, is in charge of arrangements.
