ELIZABETH HARTLE Obituary
Elizabeth "Betty" Hartle, age 92, of Hampton Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2017, surrounded by her family. Loving mother of Frank (Lorraine) Hartle, Jr., Ron (Linda) Hartle, David (Emma Lee) Hartle, Kathy (Al) Urban, Brian (Provie) Hartle, Gary (Gina) Hartle, Jim (Teri) Hartle, Mary Kay (John) Kicher, Mike (Kim) Hartle, and Lou Ann (Tom) Robbins; proud grandmother of twenty-seven; and great-grandmother of forty-three; sister of Rose Ann Decker, Joe, and Jack Morrissey and the late Elaine Hartle and Rita May Schaffner, former spouse of the late Francis Hartle. Family and friends will be received from Noon to 4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the H.P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township, (412-364-4444). She was Catholic by faith and her funeral mass will be celebrated by her grandson, Fr. Levi Hartle on Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Catherine of Sweden Parish, 2554 Wildwood Road, Allison Park, 15101. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial donations to the Good Samaritan Hospice at 146 Neely School Road, Wexford, PA 15090. Condolences may be offered at

My deepest condolenscences to all of the Hartle children and all the extended family . Your mom was a kind, caring, generous, loving woman. I remember visiting your house and she was always busy taking such good care of everyone. What a blessing! I pray you find comfort in the wonderful happy memories you have of her and cherish the many kind stories you will hear about her from all who visit in the next few days.
