Ethel Annie Yanyu
November 11, 1929 ~ September 21, 2017
With heavy hearts we had to say goodbye to a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother Ethel Annie Yanyu, who passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Centennial Special Care Home in Esterhazy where she had resided since February of 2016. She was predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend Paul Peter Yanyu on February 12, 2015, whom she had shared over 64 years. She is survived by daughters; Susan Yanyu (Dave Watson) and Annette (Bryan) Glazer; grandson Brett (Kimberly) Kimberly Glazer and granddaughter Chelsey (Keenan) Wiebe; as well as her two great-grandchildren Marek and Alyza Glazer. Prayers will be said Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church, Esterhazy. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church, Esterhazy. A private interment will follow in the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Cemetery, Stockholm, Saskatchewan. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Centennial Special Care Home, Esterhazy. Friends may visit www.pcarscaddenfs.ca to leave condolences.
