Ferdinand Lautenschlager Obituary
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, November 9th, in his 78th year. Formerly of Frankfurt am/Main Germany. Husband of "the love of his life" Rita (Urie), father of Fred and Jamie, and proud Opa of Ryan, Sean and Zack. He was a 32 year tradesmen of General Motors and long standing member of Club Loreley, Loreley Singer, Karneval Society and the Rifle Club. Throughout his life, Fred was active in boxing, fishing, golf and music. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Monday, November 12th from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation or the Oshawa Hospital Foundation.

Sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I really regret that we were not aware of it at the time of his funeral as we
would have been there.
