To the Robinson Family:
My deepest sympathy to all of you. I just saw Forrest a few weeks ago. He was the most caring and loving man I know. He loved all of his children, and talked about all of you. My children and I have so many fond memories of Forrest, he will always be remembered.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dear Robinson Clan,
Rob is one of the most vivid characters in my childhood memory. I remember as a little girl, riding in his red convertible with my parents, and as a teenager, waiting on him many an evening at Dunkin' Donuts, where he conversed with regulars over tea after a run or bike ride. I babysat you older kids, and I’ll never forget him coming in after running miles and miles, then chugging honey from a jar! He loved the “natural” life (I recall him baking his own bread for you kids!) and treasured the outdoors. He was highly principled, and absolutely devoted to his family. Whenever I have seen him over the years, his only topic of conversation was all of you--his pride and adoration was clear and unwavering. Rob taught us all to stand up for our beliefs and refuse to be bullied. I hope his legacy of love and his passion for life is a comfort for you.

Dear Katherine...I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad...I will like to remember him riding his bike around town, saying "Hi" to those he came across, and - if he had a few moments to stop - engaging in very intellectual chatter about the topics-of-the-day. All our prayers for your family...Mrs. Tuohy-Bedford and family.
