François CIMPAYE Obituary
Born January 29, 1952 in Astrida (Butare), Rwanda and passed away peacefully in Ottawa on May 9, 2016. Beloved son of the late Joseph Cimpaye and Thérèse Naramukenze. Dear husband of Shelagh and father of Jean-François, Samantha (Patryk) and Philippa. Lovingly remembered by his brothers Médard, Serge and Michel and sisters Chantal and Eliane, as well as many dear friends across Canada, the US, Europe and Africa. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at St. Maurice's Roman Catholic Church, 4 Perry Street on Friday, May 13 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the church hall. For those wishing memorial donations may be made to the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute or the International Red Cross.
