SPRAGUE – Frances L., 71, Richland, died July 4, 2009, at home. Born July 11, 1937, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Helen Soos. Survived by husband, Raymond Sprague, and these children: Susan Herdman and Lisa Sprague, both of Johnstown, and son, Patrick Sprague, Pittsburgh, and grandchildren, Kaitlin, married to Matthew Horne, Pittsburgh, and Kelsey Jones and Megan Herdman, Johnstown. Sister of Theresa Rayha, Wantage, N.J., and Mildred Demchak, Wheeling W.Va. Frances was an accomplished painter who loved to paint. She graduated from Johnstown High School in 1955. At the request of the deceased there will be no services.
