Francis Neugebauer, III Obituary
Frank received his Associate's Degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of Delaware while working for E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Wilmington, Delaware. Early in his career, he relocated to San Diego, California, where he worked for Bank of America before becoming the CFO of Ontime Financial, an automobile finance company. When he relocated to South Carolina in 2023, he formed his own company, FCNIII Consulting.
Frank, a long-time member and officer of the San Diego Bassmasters, will be remembered for his kind heart, hearty laughter and deep love for bass fishing, the place where he found peace, joy and connection with nature.
