Kemal, Bev and I were very saddened to hear of Franks death. We have such very fond memories of both Bessie and Frank at the Rowe family reunions. Frank was kind, thoughtful and always so interested in everything a person said. We will miss him and send our love to all his family. Mary Wybrow Kemal Koyu Bev Wybrow

My interaction with Uncle Frank was infrequent through my life. From my times in his presence and through the stories I have heard others tell, he seems all that a masculine man should be, but built on foundations of love, empathy and kindness. This is something to which we might see all us men aspire.

Dear Bessie and Family,
In addition to being a dedicated family man with diverse hobbies and interests, Frank was a valuable member of the Sun-Canadian family. He successfully set up and managed the Waterdown Operations Department until his retirement. He balanced the needs of our shippers and his fellow employees in a very professional manner. After retiring, he continued to participate in company events and activities, always sharing his positive outlook on life. I enjoyed working with Frank and will miss seeing him at our retiree get togethers. Our thoughts are with you.
