Dear Nancy,
I dearly miss those old Mackenzie-Ivy
board meetings and the times we all enjoyed after them. Intelligent,soft-spoken and good-humored, Frank always seemed to be a born trustee and board member. It was a great pleasure to know him -- and to visit you both in Bristol.

Nancy, I am certain that words of comfort cannot heal the pain in your heart during this very difficult time. I shall always remember Mr. DeFriece and his kindnesses from the time I started working at the S.E. Massengill Company until I retired from Glaxo-SmithKlline 30 years later.

I will be praying for friends to comfort you, faith to uphold you, and loving memories to help you smile again.

With Sincerest Sympathy,

Imogene Riley

Mark, Paul and Polly,
Your parents were very special. I have fond memories of our mothers' adventures with flowers, painting, bridge and just laughing. Our fathers had a special bond thru Rotary. Some of my favorite photographs of Charles and my wedding were taken by Frank. Please accept my deepest condolences.
I will miss him too.
