One of the finest men I ever knew. He was gracious, smart, giving. He was an outstanding person, and we are all less or his passing.

Frank Novak was my boss, friend, & a well wisher of mine. Our relationship could be summed up as, “Mutual Respect for each other”. I still remember very well the day I was interviewed for the job as an engineer at ARDAC in Cleveland, OH.

I am thankful to Frank Novak for being important part of my life, and also the most productive part of my life. As a matter of fact, I told him so personally, when I was invited to spend few days with him in Naples, FL.

Out of the three greatest souls I have met in my life, Frank was one of them.

I am sure wherever he is, he is in peace with himself.

Having only met Frank a few times , I knew him mostly through his friendship with my Dad, John Talnoris. My Dad always had great things to say about Frank and I know he was thankful for their friendship. Frank was a mentor, a good friend and a fun golf partner. Having recently lost my Dad I understand the pain of losing a loved one so close to your heart. My heart goes out to your family and I pray you can find peace.

I worked for Frank at Ardac for many years. As a young engineer at the time, I went on many trips to Europe with Frank working with customers and learning the value of buildinglong termrelationships. He was a great mentor, leader, and friend. He helped shapemy career and for this I will be forever grateful. I will miss him.
